Tracy is a dedicated and qualified Allied Health Assistant, working in the area of Speech and Occupational Therapy. Before starting with Dee Wardrop in 2022, Tracy spent the last 8 years in an educational support role, working with primary-age students in schools assisting children with learning disabilities, learning disorders, developmental delays, and positive behaviour support programs including increased engagement and participation.

Tracy’s speciality falls within the areas of synthetic phonics, literacy, numeracy, and emotional regulation, and her passion for children’s learning and development provides her with insight into what she believes to be her teaching philosophies; thinking, creativity, social and emotional development and friendship building.

Tracy’s personal hobbies include; cooking desserts, riding my pushbike and spending time with her family and 2 x amazing children (14 and 12) supporting them and their passion for sports.
