Kirsten Gradidge
Occupational TherapistKirsten joined DWSP as an Occupational Therapist in 2022. Kirsten’s joy comes from supporting children to feel confident and assured in their capabilities so they can achieve their goals.
Kirsten supports children and their families to build regulation skills and increase engagement in meaningful everyday activities. She takes a holistic, family-centred approach, working collaboratively with children and their families to empower and support long-term success.
Kirsten uses a neuroaffirming approach in her practice, ensuring therapy is respectful, strengths-based, and empowering for both children and their families. She is a passionate advocate for children developing self-belief and a deeper understanding of themselves.
Kirsten has completed the Talking Toileting webinar presented by Occupational Therapy Australia, the Hartley Knows handwriting professional development course (level one), Helping Children Regulate and Manage Anger Workshop through Creative Child Therapy Workshops and Collaborative & Proactive Solutions Introductory & Advanced Course presented by Dr Ross Greene.
Kirsten provides therapy at our Coburg clinic and in schools.
