Natalie Politis

Speech Pathologist

Natalie graduated from The University of Sydney with a Master of Speech Pathology and brings a wealth of experience from her work in private practice and school settings. She has supported clients with a wide range of communication needs, including literacy difficulties, stuttering, early language development, speech sound disorders, voice disorders and social communication goals.

Natalie’s passion for communication began long before her speech pathology career. She originally completed a degree in Linguistics and Psychology, which sparked a deep interest in how people learn, connect and communicate. Discovering speech pathology felt like the perfect blend of these interests, allowing her to use both science and relationships to support people in meaningful ways.

In her practice, Natalie brings a warm, playful and individualised approach. She takes the time to understand each client and their family, ensuring therapy is engaging, enjoyable and aligned with their strengths and goals. She aims to create sessions that spark confidence, curiosity and joy, so that every appointment is a positive and motivating experience.

Natalie has a particular passion for working with adolescents and neurodivergent clients, supporting them to build knowledge, self-belief and practical communication skills. She values this as a powerful and rewarding part of her practice.

She is deeply committed to neuro-affirming practice, focusing on celebrating neurodiversity and supporting each individual’s authentic ways of communicating and connecting.

You can find Natalie at our Northcote and Eltham clinics.
