Anson is deeply committed to a client-centred and neuro-affirming approach, recognising the importance of honouring each individual’s unique strengths, preferences, and lived experiences. She is passionate about supporting clients in understanding their sensory needs and working collaboratively to develop effective sensory regulation strategies that enhance well-being and participation.
She also enjoys working closely with families, educators, and other professionals to develop holistic support strategies that promote a child’s development across all environments.

She recognises the impact of emotional and sensory regulation on daily functioning and has completed additional professional development in the ALERT Program, an evidence-based framework designed to support emotional and self-regulation.
Anson is enthusiastic about making a positive difference in the lives of those she works with and continues to seek opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills to provide the highest quality care.
She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and works at our Northcote, Footscray and Coburg clinics and in schools.
